Hello, friends! I hope your spring is bringing new, crisp pages on which to write the next chapter of your life. It's the time for bravery and adventure and in case you haven't told yourself this yet today: you deserve happiness.

The majority of this book was written in September of last year, and it encapsulates a season of change in my life; this book is the culmination of that work. I said it in the book's acknowledgements, but I'm so grateful for the people who helped with this, and, to steal a line from my own poem:

You don't know it yet, because I haven't told you, but I was saved by the laughter of someone just sitting beside me.

You know who you are. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to stop by and say hello, for reading the poetry, and lastly, but mostly, thank you to the people who helped me through that change. I owe you all so much.
